Phillip Ciniglio

Through his involvement with global corporate organisations, Philip has over 30 years of business, sales and marketing experience and has held senior positions in General Management, marketing, sales management and franchising.
With more than 20 years association with the Franchise Council of Australia, including five years as the Queensland President and a National Board Member, Philip holds an Associate Diploma in Business Marketing, is an Accredited Franchise Executive, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is registered with the Government as a Mediator for the "Office of the Mediation Adviser".

Executive postions have included well known franchised brands such as Bridgestone Australia, Donut King Australia, Century Yuasa Batteries and Bartercard Australia. Internationally, Philip has also been successful in setting up franchised business systems for companies in the United Kingdom.

From guest speaker to keynote speaker to seminar leader, Philip Ciniglio has achieved a credible status for entertaining, communicating and educating success within the franchise industry.

Peter Darnell

Peter has over 30 years experience in consumer marketing and business management, including 15 years with the international food and tobacco giant Philip Morris Ltd in senior roles such as National Key Account Manager, National Retail Development Manager and Senior Brand Manager.

Over the past 15 years Peter has worked as National Marketing Manager for such well known franchised brands as Donut King Australia, BB’s Espresso, Lenard’s Poultry, Brumby’s Bakeries and Eagle Boys Pizza. As National Marketing Manager for these brands Peter was responsible for all aspects of the marketing mix, including sales and marketing strategy, positioning strategy, market research, advertising, promotions, public relations, product development and communications. As a member of the senior management team for all of these franchise businesses, Peter was also deeply involved in Operations, Information Technology, Finance and Franchisee Recruitment.

Peter holds a business degree with a double major in Economics and Marketing.
